Public
Training
CCC training spans field sampling, culture, sequencing, pathogen genomics, source attribution, metagenomics and intervention modelling. Public material is shared where permissions allow; working workshop files stay in the member workspace.
Governance
Country and site investigators shape study delivery, interpretation and outputs.
Data sharing and reuse follow project agreements, local governance requirements and funder expectations.
Authorship and consortium outputs should recognise substantive country, site and analytical contributions.
Members only
CRFs, consent and ethics documents, metadata templates, sample tracking, MTAs and internal meeting material are kept outside the public website.
Access is controlled through the CCC Google Drive. Only approved collaborators can open restricted project material.
Open members workspace ↗Participant-facing documents, ethics correspondence, working data dictionaries, sample tracking and internal governance remain in authenticated systems.
