Workshops and training
CCC will host consortium-wide meetings and training sessions, with a focus on early-career researchers.
Meetings will provide opportunities to share work on enteric disease, pathogen genomics, One Health surveillance, interventions and related topics.
Possible topics
- enteric disease epidemiology;
- Campylobacter biology and genomics;
- One Health surveillance;
- laboratory methods;
- source attribution;
- metagenomics;
- Bayesian Belief Networks and intervention modelling;
- vaccine-informed prevention.
